Thanks
The only explanation i got from my boss was “…and then froth the milk..”
This is the best explanation of how to get proper foam – excellent! Would have been nice to see you pour that milk making latte art…
this is very helpful :O
Thanks for the instructions!
Hai Nice video yar……
I will be needing ur help on how to dash out perfect foam from the milk pitcher as I am weak in dat part and I am scared I might been scolded by my manager
@sukiedamson To be honest, no. You can definitely get bad batches of milk and of course the older it gets the worse the frothing, but when bought together and used in a reasonable time we don’t get any problems. Assuming your using a commercial machine, I would suggest checking for blockages with the steam wand as this can lead to inconsistent results.
Great video – better instructions than I got in my own training. Do you ever just get good milk that behaves exactly like you show and then you open the next carton/bottle and its same date, same batch but no matter what, it just won’t do what its supposed to do, just stays like milk only hot but no micro bubbles, no looking like emulsion??!!!

Best video of the dozens I’ve looked at while trying to properly foam milk. Thanks for posting. Love your espresso machine — I’d love to have steam levers instead of knobs.
The best description of how to steam milk i found so far. thanks!
Hope this works for me!!

This is simplest & best tip on frothing milk I ever seen !
Thank you so much ,
Really helpful
Great how to video–clear instructions and demonstration.
Thanks
Thanks bendoc91.
You should definitely open the steam wand the full amount, as this will produce enough pressure to whirlpool the milk and give smooth micro foam.
As with most things it simply gets easier with practice.
Nice video, but i have one question:
You use full power? Whenever I steam milk on a pro espresso machine it will get to about 60 degrees from frdige cold in about 5-10 seconds!
Don’t you find that opening the steam valve about halfway will give better resaults and make it easier to learn? (Process is longer so you have a tad more time to find the whirling spot)
Cheers!
Great video. I’m going to try it tonight!
