i dont think ur good at making coffee… sorry about that but the sounds that u steamed milk and pour milk into the cup is so disappointing!

  • dvlboyx says:

I have to agree, I haven’t been pulling espresso or steaming milk for very long now, but I understand the basics. It’s frightful that videos like this are labeled as “expert”anything, that cappuccino would be thick and hold very little flavor of the beans! Disappointing…

Your comment is so rude and arrogant, my gosh, he tried okey!

  • retailthread says:

This wannabe American hasn’t got a f#”#ing clue what a cappuccino is. Ive been pulling coffee professionally for 20 years & Ive never seen anyone jerk the milk jug up & down like they’re having a ****. And as for the tin pot of cold coffee, the half filled mug, the lack of a foamed, domed & dusted top & that fricken amateur kitchen . . . Oh please ! Kill them all now before the rest of the world thinks this is how its done !

Americans HAVE NO CLUE what real caffe and Espresso really is. They obsesss over the milk when they should me more concerned about the burnt espresso. Or pulling the shot before your milk is finished. Italians use so little milk. At most a little foam for a machiatto.

  • Timoftheshire says:

probably. milk proteins start to burn around 170F – that’s why good cafés will never steam your drink above 160F. but this guy evidently doesn’t work in a good café. nor does he know anything about coffee.
