as long as you aren’t really super sensitive to caffeine, then i wouldn’t worry about it. the most it will make you do is get really hyper or jittery. you aren’t gonna’ die. you should go take a walk or something.

well actually I don’t think you can die from eating espresso beans considering you can buy them covered in chocolate and they are completely delicious! lol

you will probably just be wired for a little bit.

have fun ladies!! (don’t do anything stupid ;)

You’ll be fine. It’s almost impossible to overdose on caffeine from just coffee or beans. You’ve have to be taking handfuls of caffeine pills. You’ll just be hyper. Too much caffeine can cause ulcers though, so just don’t consume huge amounts frequently.

You’ll find you’ve actually eaten less coffee beans than make up a regular cup of espresso.

When you make an espresso, the grinder crushes the beans finely and you use about 7grams of finely ground coffee to make 30millilitres of coffee.
So while 30 beans seems like a lot, when ground up it’s not actually that much.

    Why eat them raw though?
You can coat them in chocolate, or use them to make a coffee, which is going to be much more satisfying.
