If you have an espresso machine, then espresso grind is the way to go. Espresso grind is very very fine. If you are brewing espresso beans in a drip or french press, use the grind appropriate for the machine. The common grinds from fine to coarse are
Espresso – Very Fine
Drip – Fine
Perk – Medium
French Press Medium – coarse
