If you have the capacity, there’s nothing like a good affogato – icecream topped with espresso! You don’t really need a recipe. Just good quality ice-cream in a small cup, topped with good quality espresso with a spoon on top. Maybe some chocolate flakes. Or maybe some caramel sauce. Or a shot of liqueur if you have a license. Up to you. Mmmmmm.

*Milky Way Cappuccino*
INGREDIENTS:
* 2 shots espresso
* 1 shot chocolate syrup
* 1 shot caramel syrup
PREPARATION:
Mix together in a mug, and fill with steamed milk. Add a bit of foamed milk on top.
~Iced Espresso Recipes~
*Amaretto Iced Smoothie*
INGREDIENTS:
* 1/2 oz amaretto
* 1/2 oz Kahlua
* 6 oz espresso, chilled
* 1 scoop chocolate ice cream
* Whipped cream
PREPARATION:
Blend all ingredients, except whipped cream, in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately, topped with whipped cream.

2 tbsp chocolate syrup
1 cup ice
2 tbsp sugar

i am assuming you haven’t got a licence to serve alcohol, so i would add my vote to the affogato suggestion. done well it is hard to beat. also, i think it is more about executing a well known drink (eg espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc) to a consistently high standard than trying to come up with a drink that no one has heard of. check out our website for espresso based cocktails if you want to go down that route; LondiniumEspresso.com
