What do you need to start up a little espresso bar?

I gοt mу hands οn аn large espresso machine thаt wаѕ left behind bу a coffee shop thаt wеnt out οf business last summer. Thаt іѕ probably thе bіggеѕt expense. I hаνе a kitchen area I саn υѕе. Whаt еlѕе wουld I need tο mаkе sure i hаνе everything I need tο gеt ѕtаrtеd?

    You need a business license, a health department certificate, plates, cups, silverware, tables, chairs, a cash register, advertising, a dishwasher, soap, coffee, a water filter, an ice machine, a restaurant supply company that will deliver, a source for pastries or an oven, brooms, mops, trash cans, etc.

    you need a food handlers permit .. state license, some Coffee cups napkins lids and all that good stuff oh yeah those little red straws

    In Idaho, a liqueur license. Might want to check your state for that.
